Join a leading fintech company as a Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, where you'll drive innovative solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. You'll manage customer relationships, identify new prospects, and leverage your sales expertise in Brazil’s payments and banking ecosystem. This role requires strong negotiation skills and fluency in Portuguese and English, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.

Qualificações

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in financial services or similar sectors.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

  • Prospect and target new customers in financial services and banking.

As a Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals helping small- and medium-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing industry-leading solutions, you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks, and invests.

What you will do:
  1. Prospect and target new customers based in Brazil, operating in the financial services, payments, banking, and retail industries.
  2. Work with managers and staff of assigned banks or partners to build relationships and educate small to large-sized business owners about FIS products and services.
  3. Identify new prospects and revenue opportunities, building new relationships from scratch and using a portfolio of target clients.
  4. Retain and manage existing customers, focusing on overall customer success and satisfaction.
  5. Leverage referred leads and self-cultivated leads to nurture your pipeline.
  6. Connect with prospects to help improve their experience, cash flow, and bottom line.
  7. Collaborate with sales teams and focus on growing the existing customer base.
What you will need:
  1. 2-3 years of sales experience including research, discovering needs, recommending solutions, solving business problems, and customer retention (experience in both hunter and farmer roles).
  2. Knowledge of Brazil’s payments ecosystem, banking ecosystem, and financial solutions.
  3. Experience in selling new business solutions, ideally in financial services, payments, banking, or similar sectors such as financial software solutions or technology.
  4. Consultative approach and ability to identify, influence, and present to executives and decision makers.
  5. Expert negotiation and communication skills (concise and direct).
  6. Confidence working in an autonomous environment where change is frequent.
  7. Disciplined and collaborative work ethic.
  8. Fluent in Portuguese and English, both verbal and written.
Added bonus if you have:
  1. Experience using a CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  2. Must be based in São Paulo City to facilitate easy access to a hybrid schedule, in-person meetings with prospective and current customers, as well as FIS leadership and teammates.
