The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in structural engineering and hands-on knowledge of Tekla products. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is crucial. Hybrid and remote options are available.

This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise, customer success, and solution engineering within the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry. You will support clients adopting advanced digital construction solutions, ensuring successful implementation, onboarding, and long-term value realization. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will work closely with engineering and fabrication teams, helping them integrate tools that improve design, production, and operational efficiency. The position combines hands‑on customer support with growing exposure to pre‑sales engineering activities, including demos and technical presentations. You will collaborate with global teams and local clients in a highly innovative, international environment. This is an opportunity to build deep expertise in construction technology while directly impacting digital transformation in the industry.

Accountabilities

• Provide technical support, implementation guidance, and customer success assistance for AECO digital solutions, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption.
• Act as a technical reference point for clients using tools such as Tekla PowerFab and related Trimble Construction One solutions.
• Support customers in troubleshooting technical and operational issues, ensuring continuity and value realization after deployment.
• Collaborate with internal support, engineering, and product teams to elevate and resolve complex technical cases.
• Contribute to training sessions, documentation, and best practices to improve customer understanding and system usage.
• Assist with pre‑sales activities including technical demos, workshops, and discovery sessions when required.
• Participate in client visits, industry events, and strategic initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and solution adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in structural engineering, steel fabrication, detailing, or construction‑related technical roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Tekla Structures, Tekla PowerFab, or similar AECO solutions such as Strumis or Fabtrol.
• Strong understanding of fabrication workflows, production processes, or construction project execution.
• Experience in client‑facing technical roles such as support, implementation, consulting, or training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with interest in digital construction technologies.
• Fluent Portuguese and professional English (B2 level or higher).
• Willingness to travel nationally (approximately 50%).
