Come be part of the Product Solutions Department of ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda. at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Curitiba, with more than 21 years of presence in the country and a workforce of ~1800 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe. Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.

What role you will play in our team

Within a team of Sales Enablement Specialists (SES), your role is to support the Americas-based Sales Team, developing relationships with a portfolio of customers and acting as the primary commercial contact for both routine and certain non-routine sales activities. You will regularly interface with Customers, Sales Representatives and Sales Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Accounts Receivable teams. This role is very much centered on communication, coordination, problem-solving and prioritization rather than data entry or administrative repetition.

What you will do
  1. Routine process activities include price management, coordination of periodic rebate payouts and customer fees, forecast adjustment, sample management, coordination of account set-up, and transactional escalations (customer-specific situations which are escalated by our Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Accounts Receivable teams).
  2. Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Additional responsibilities can include preparing and analyzing data sets, ad hoc external requests, supporting CRM tools, and representing Sales in audits and assessments.
About you

Job Requirements

  • University degree in a technical field, business administration, or similar
  • 3+ years prior work experience; previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook; working knowledge of advanced Excel features (pivot tables or macros) beneficial
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with ownership mindset and a sense of urgency towards customer satisfaction
  • Able to use analytics and critical thinking to bring insights and identify opportunities based on data or observations
  • Inner motivation to seek out opportunities; self-starter
  • Objectively evaluate problems, formulate solutions in a fast-paced environment
