What are we looking for: An enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the LATAM region to become a vital part of our growing team.

Job Function: Sales Development Representative

Salary: 18,000 - 30,000 USD

Your Responsibilities:
  • You identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • You qualify potential customers and schedule meetings for our sales team, focusing on companies in the financial services sector.
  • You conduct targeted research on potential clients, especially in the areas of tax advisory, auditing, accounting, and banking.
  • You carefully maintain our CRM database with all relevant lead and prospect information.
  • You track your own KPIs and actively contribute to achieving team goals.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer support, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Interest in financial services and familiarity with SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset - able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A positive attitude and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
