Job Overview

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the individual will lead all aspects of the sales process for assigned accounts and new inquiries. Responsibilities include promoting company products, developing customer relationships, and supporting the external Commercial team with internal requests and follow-ups.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Respond to customer needs for samples, technical info, and pricing.
  • Prospect for new accounts and seek opportunities to grow existing business.
  • Attend training sessions as required.
  • Meet sales quotas and goals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide technical support.
  • Participate in trade shows and promote products.
  • Establish and maintain good business relations.
  • Set and track sales goals.
  • Assist support personnel and keep management informed.
Qualifications
  • Complete graduation.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in the Food Industry, especially Sweets, Beverages, and Dairy.
  • Sales proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Caldic’s product positioning is a plus.
