A I wanna sleep está contratando vendedor(a) presencial em Brasil para atuação nas 9 lojas da rede, com regime CLT e salário de R$2.200,00 mensais. Horário flexível, domingos conforme escala, e coberturas itinerantes das unidades.

Buscamos perfil com experiência em vendas consultivas, excelente comunicação, dinamismo, proatividade e flexibilidade geográfica. Envolvemos-se com atendimento, gestão de clientes via CRM, organização de estoque e treinamentos de produto.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Service: Identify customer needs and direct them to the ideal solutions in bedding and sleep with dynamism and adaptation to different public profiles.
• Flexible Store Coverage: Operate on an itinerant scale covering the gaps of the 9 units in the chain, adapting to local teams.
• Sales Management & CRM: Monitor goals, manage budgets and close deals via CRM; After-Sales & Loyalty: follow up and ensure satisfaction.
• Organization and Stock: Help organize store environment, check stock and display products properly.
• Training: Participate in training, brand immersions and product improvements.

About the role

Description

Schedule on Sundays: Alternating 2x1 or 1x1 (depending on the scale needs and opening/demand of stores).

Hours: Flexible according to the scale and operation of each unit (street stores or shopping malls).

Responsibilities

Consultative Service: Identify customer needs and direct them to the ideal solutions in bedding and sleep with dynamism and ease of adaptation to different public profiles.

Flexible Store Coverage: Operate on an itinerant scale covering the gaps of the 9 units in the chain, quickly adapting to the routine of each local team.

Sales Management & CRM: Monitor individual and store goals, manage budgets and negotiate closings via the CRM system. After-Sales & Loyalty: Ensure customer follow-up and satisfaction after purchase.

Organization and Stock: Assist in organizing the store environment, checking/stock counting and adequate product display.

Training: Actively participate in training, brand immersions and continuous improvement on products.

Requirements

Complete high school education.

Aged 18 and over.

Experience with consultative sales (over 6 months).

High adaptability, excellent communication, dynamism, proactivity, geographic flexibility and resilience.

Essential Behaviors: Transparency, commitment, responsibility and strong orientation towards goals.
