Philips is seeking a Sales Clinical Support Coordinator to lead deployment and optimization of advanced healthcare applications. You will develop training resources, provide expert clinical and technical guidance, and drive adoption of Philips solutions across complex workflows.

You will analyze clinical processes, deliver customized recommendations, and ensure seamless integration with regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine or Radiologic Technology is required.
• Clinical certification in the field is required.
• 3 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 1 year with a master’s in clinical applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support, or related healthcare environments.
• 7+ years of experience in supporting clinical applications, biomedical technologies, or healthcare customer environments is preferred.
• Strong English and Spanish communication and presentation skills.

Sales Clinical Support Coordinator

Lead the deployment and optimization of advanced healthcare applications by leveraging deep clinical and technical expertise to streamline complex workflows, ensure seamless system integration, drive operational excellence, and maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Your role

• Develop and deliver advanced clinical training programs, onboarding resources, and educational materials that enhance user proficiency, satisfaction, and continuous professional development.
• Provide expert application support and guidance by applying advanced clinical and technical knowledge, while effectively communicating with healthcare professionals to drive successful adoption of Philips solutions.
• Analyze clinical workflows and operational processes, conduct post-sales assessments, and deliver tailored recommendations that optimize application performance, workflow efficiency, and patient care outcomes.
• Customize and implement Philips clinical applications to meet customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration, optimal system performance, and strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
• Build strong partnerships with healthcare stakeholders, document implementation activities and outcomes, drive continuous improvement through user feedback and performance metrics, and support the development of team members to achieve organizational goals.

You're the right fit if

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine or Radiologic Technology required, with relevant clinical certification in the field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 1 year with a master's degree in clinical applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support, or related healthcare environments.
• Preferred experience includes 7+ years supporting clinical applications, biomedical technologies, healthcare customer environments, or serving as an Application Specialist or Clinical Coordinator.
• Strong skills in clinical and medical affairs, customer training and support, stakeholder management, sales presentations, regulatory compliance, needs assessment, competitor analysis, technical product expertise, data analysis and interpretation, customer satisfaction, feedback management, and advanced English and Spanish communication and presentation skills.
