Philips is seeking a Sales Clinical Support Coordinator to lead deployment and optimization of advanced healthcare applications, leveraging clinical and technical expertise to streamline workflows and ensure regulatory compliance.
You will develop training, onboarding resources, and educational materials, provide expert application support, analyze workflows, and tailor Philips solutions to meet customer needs in diverse healthcare environments.
Lead the deployment and optimization of advanced healthcare applications by leveraging deep clinical and technical expertise to streamline complex workflows, ensure seamless system integration, drive operational excellence, and maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance and patient safety.
Your role: Develop and deliver advanced clinical training programs, onboarding resources, and educational materials that enhance user proficiency, satisfaction, and continuous professional development. Provide expert application support and guidance by applying advanced clinical and technical knowledge, while effectively communicating with healthcare professionals to drive successful adoption of Philips solutions. Analyze clinical workflows and operational processes, conduct post-sales assessments, and deliver tailored recommendations that optimize application performance, workflow efficiency, and patient care outcomes. Customize and implement Philips clinical applications to meet customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration, optimal system performance, and strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols. Build strong partnerships with healthcare stakeholders, document implementation activities and outcomes, drive continuous improvement through user feedback and performance metrics, and support the development of team members to achieve organizational goals.
