Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales and business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup and VC environment. You will play a key role in assisting our sales team, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth deal flow processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospect outreach, and CRM management.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and track communication.
  • Prepare sales presentations, reports, and client-facing materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Support administrative tasks related to the sales pipeline and deal flow.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and investment teams, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Interest in startups, venture capital, and technology-driven innovation.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
