Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Analyst / Sales Support professional to support key accounts, drive performance through detailed analysis, and monitor sales. This role is vital for streamlining daily operations, generating commercial insights, and contributing to long-term customer strategies.

  • Support long-term sales plans aligned with strategic objectives;
  • Analyze sales performance and portfolio dynamics, focusing on product launches and promotions;
  • Generate customer reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI;
  • Coordinate commercial projects and activities in systems such as PUMA and SAP;
  • Act as a liaison with internal creative and technical teams (e.g., Perfumery Creation, Regulatory, Shipping);
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation including MSDS, IFRA, and regulatory compliance updates;
Profile Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field;
  • 1+ year experience preferred in the fragrance, cosmetics, or home & personal care industry;
  • Advanced English proficiency required;
  • High analytical capabilities with commercial acumen and a marketing mindset;
  • Proficiency in Excel (mandatory), and experience with PUMA systems or other project management operational systems (desirable);
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and well-organized under pressure;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to collaborate internally and externally;
  • Open to growth toward an Account Management career path.
