About The Team/Role
Our team manages the global onboarding process for business users across Mobility and Delivery. We focus on building compliant, high-quality supply networks while optimizing operations and delivering seamless experiences.

Role Impact
Lead business operations in Brazil, drive strategic initiatives to scale onboarding, and collaborate on global projects to foster cross-regional innovation.

In this role, you'll be...

Policy Design & Compliance

• Design, implement, and improve onboarding policies to ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations.
• Partner with risk control teams to address government requirements.

Audit Solutions & Process Optimization

• Develop scalable audit solutions including multi-channel processes.
• Identify gaps via data analysis and implement improvements for efficiency and user experience.

Risk Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Manage risks throughout onboarding.
• Coordinate with global risk, compliance, and product teams.

Vendor & Budget Oversight

• Manage vendor partnerships, ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and optimize budgets.

Reporting & Data-Driven Decision-Making

• Design OKRs, analyze data, and produce compliance reports.

• 3-5 years in risk management, operations, or platform governance, especially in onboarding, compliance, or safety roles.
• Experience designing audit frameworks, managing vendors, and compliance projects.
• Strong analytical skills, data visualization, and metrics design experience.
• Stakeholder management in global teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
