#LI-HybridTeam Mission:Our team oversees the end-to-end global onboarding process for business users across the Mobility and Delivery product lines. We are dedicated to building high-quality, compliant supply networks while optimizing operational efficiency and delivering seamless, user-centric experiences.
Role Impact:This role will lead business operations in Brazil (BR) and drive strategic initiatives to scale onboarding excellence. Additionally, there are opportunities to collaborate on high-impact global projects, fostering cross-regional innovation and alignment.

Required Capabilities:
3-5 years in risk management , operations , or platform governance , preferably in user onboarding, compliance, or trust & safety roles.
Proven ability to design audit frameworks, manage vendors, and execute compliance projects.
Strong analytical skills: Experience with data visualization tools, and OKR/metrics design.
Fluency in stakeholder management within global, cross-functional teams.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
Nice to Have:
SQL capability is strongly preferred.
Background in platform/user safety strategies or fraud prevention.
Familiarity with Brazilian regulatory environments.
