YO AI Labs is seeking a remote Sales/Revenue/CS Operations Expert contractor to optimize CRM configurations and revenue workflows. You will drive data accuracy, reporting, and process improvements across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related tools.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Sales/Revenue/CS Operations, hands-on CRM experience, and familiarity with two revenue tools beyond the CRM. Strong communication and data governance are essential for success in this role.

• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
