YO AI Labs is seeking a seasoned Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. You will bring hands-on CRM configuration expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot) to optimize workflows, data accuracy, and revenue reporting across SaaS environments.

You will implement and maintain revenue tools beyond the CRM, build clear documentation, and support system adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue tools outside the CRM.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
