Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Brazil to assist with stock, displays, and planogram execution across assigned stores. This project-based, independent contractor role offers flexible hours and hands-on merchandising responsibilities.

You will network with store teams, report progress via mobile tools, and ensure brand standards are maintained while supporting fast-paced retail initiatives.

Qualificações

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout stores for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and occasional heavier lifts with assistance.
• Smartphones are required for reporting via mobile tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to move merchandise, fixtures, and displays as required.
• Comfortable working in a variety of retail store environments.
• Must be willing and able to work in cold environmental conditions (i.e., refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores) for limited periods of time.
• Smartphones are required for reporting:
• IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer
• Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
