Podean is a leading marketplace agency helping brands accelerate growth across Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shopee and other platforms in Brazil. The Retail Specialist will own the success of eRetail media campaigns, guiding clients and team members to success and leading day-to-day management of campaigns.

You will analyze performance, develop strategies, and translate objectives into actions while collaborating with international teams in English.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in retail media, preferably in an agency.
• Experience with Mercado Livre, Shopee, Shein, AliExpress and related tools.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Fluent or advanced English for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams on marketplace media.
• Maintain daily communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and campaign success.
• Develop and execute marketplace media strategies, including strategic roadmaps and testing plans.
• Analyze performance results and deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Translate client objectives into campaign strategies and tactics, unlocking value and efficiency in execution.
• Apply analytical thinking, data analysis, and problem‑solving skills to optimize campaigns and maximize performance.

Podean is seeking aRetail Specialistwho will own the success of eRetail media campaigns, including Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shopee and other key platforms across Brazil. This role demands expertise in hands‑on management of sophisticated and complex campaigns and a passion for guiding clients and team members to success. As the go‑to marketplace media expert, you will unlock opportunities for growth, innovation, and excellence while leading the day‑to‑day management of marketplace campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, third‑party vendors, and internal departments on all matters related to marketplace media (Retail Media).
• Maintain daily communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and campaign success.
• Develop and execute marketplace media strategies, including strategic roadmaps and testing plans.
• Analyze performance results and deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Translate client objectives into campaign strategies and tactics, unlocking value and efficiency in execution.
• Apply analytical thinking, data analysis, and problem‑solving skills to optimize campaigns and maximize performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in retail media, preferably within an agency environment.
• Experience across additional global marketplaces and ad platforms including Mercado Livre, Shopee, Shein, AliExpress, and tools such as VTEX Ads and Topsort.
• Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to lead conversations, build relationships, and inspire confidence.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of delivering actionable insights and measurable results.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and comfortable with the Office or Google Docs suite (Word and PowerPoint).
• Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to hold conversations with international teams.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
