Une entreprise internationale de bijoux recherche un spécialiste de la prévention des pertes au détail pour diriger les activités de prévention des pertes au Brésil. Ce poste impliquera la gestion des programmes de réduction des pertes, la coordination avec les partenaires externes, et le leadership de l'équipe de prévention des pertes. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience significative dans ce domaine, des compétences en gestion et une maîtrise du portugais et de l'anglais.

Qualificações

  • Expérience préalable en gestion des pertes d'inventaire et de prévention pendant au moins 5-7 ans.
  • Capacité à planifier et à exécuter efficacement des stratégies.
  • Compétences en négociation et en gestion du temps.

Responsabilidades

  • Gérer les programmes de réduction des pertes dans toutes les locations de magasins.
  • Coordonner les programmes d'externalisation de prévention des pertes.
  • Conduire des enquêtes internes et externes sur la prévention des pertes.

You will be part of Pandora Latin America Team in an international organization of can-do spirited, passionate, and performance-driven people.

Pandora is currently looking for an experienced Retail Loss & Prevention Specialist to support our business in Brazil. The Retail Loss & Prevention Specialist leads the loss prevention activities in Brazil, ensuring shortage control, security awareness, and compliance across all company locations, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to improve asset protection, operational control, and safety programs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage Shrink Reduction programs in all O&O store locations and in all current and future Pandora LC locations.
  • Manage, coordinate, and build relationships with the outsourcing LP programs for the O&O store locations.
  • Conducts and or directs all Internal, external, loss preventions investigations and prosecutions in O&O store locations, LC, and corporate offices.
  • Provides assistance with all HR related investigations per requests received by HR and business partners.
  • Manage and provide direction, development, and leadership to our corporate LP team to include developing policies and procedures to help reduce loss and create a safer work environment at the LC.
  • Provide and manage training programs for the LP team at the LC to include all security systems and WMS and GP training to assist with general knowledge to complete investigations at the LC.
  • Respond to loss prevention and operational needs originating from our business partners.
  • Provide associates and management with direction and support during emergency and crisis situations.
  • Assist business partners / operators with development and implementation of impactful strategies, manuals, policies and procedures for loss prevention / safety policies.
  • Manage, create, and assist with all LP training programs to improve margin and protecting assets.
  • Manage, create and drive safety programs in the LC and corporate offices.
  • Control budget for travel, capital, and expense lines pertaining to security and loss prevention programs.
  • Work with Real Estate and Store Construction to plan, implement and maintain store physical security systems.
  • Build, coordinate, and follow up with all Loss Prevention vendor partners for all new, remodel, refresh, and acquisitions projects.
  • Lead and support scheduled annual and ad hoc physical inventory counts across stores, ensuring process accuracy and timely execution.
  • Monitor stock discrepancies and investigate root causes in collaboration with store and operations teams.
  • Analyze inventory data and shrinkage trends to recommend and implement corrective actions.

  • Previous experience in Inventory & Loss Prevention of at least 5-7 years.
  • Strong leadership profile and excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies
  • Effective prioritizing and time management skills
  • A high level of common sense and strong self-control
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build partnerships
  • Commitment to exemplifying the highest integrity and professional business standards
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.
