Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers with our service standards.
2. Understand store operational sectors and follow safety, hygiene, and uniform policies.
3. Know products, derivatives, and similar items to assist customers with queries.
4. Restock merchandise on pallets or shelves, update labels, and check prices and expiry dates using the PEPS system.
5. Handle proper storage, stacking, packaging, and product display.
6. Maintain cleanliness and order in aisles for customer mobility.
7. Use pallet jacks for moving stored products; forklifts are only for storage purposes.
8. Collect shopping carts and organize them properly.
9. Assist in order picking, merchandise organization, and participate in inventory counts.
10. Manage parking area to facilitate customer flow.
11. Assist at POS with merchandise receipt, unloading, and loading.
12. Help organize shopping carts for customer use.
