We are seeking a highly creative and digitally savvy Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow social media presence while actively supporting broader digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings innovative content strategies to life, and has working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic SEO.

As part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating content, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting with paid advertising campaigns and SEO efforts. You will collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing Specialist and Marketing Coordinator and contribute to maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice across platforms.

What is the work schedule:

Mon-Fri Mon-Fri, 9:00 am — 5:00 pm, according to New York time.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Support paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) in coordination with our Digital Marketing Manager
• Assist with keyword research, basic on-page SEO, and content optimization strategies
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to evaluate social media and ad campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate on cross-channel marketing campaigns and contribute creative ideas
• Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies
• Manage and update LinkTree, social bios, and platform branding elements
• Work with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editors (e.g., Veed) for content creation
