Responsibilities

1. Create architectural designs and layouts using Archicad, ensuring adherence to project requirements and standards.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope and deliverables.
3. Produce high-quality graphic designs, including 2D and 3D renderings, presentations, and marketing materials.
4. Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and recommendations.
5. Ensure accuracy and consistency in design documentation and deliverables.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
2. Proficient in Archicad software with experience in architectural design and documentation, mainly for Residential Projects.
3. Previous experience working for the US Market.
4. Outstanding graphic design skills for rendering, graphic layouts for marketing decks, and design presentations for awards submissions (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
5. Experience in creating high-quality 2D and 3D renderings and presentations.
6. Knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and regulations.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
10. Portfolio showcasing previous architectural and graphic design work.
