CloudWalk, Inc. seeks a seasoned Regulatory Accountant to lead the regulatory accounting close and prepare the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, DMPL and Notes under COSIF and CPC/IFRS where applicable.

You will own CADOC reports and other filings for Payment Institutions (Segment S3), maintain audit trails, and strengthen internal controls with KPIs and SLAs, while collaborating with Data, Engineering, Treasury, Risk and Compliance.

Qualificações

• Experience in regulatory accounting close processes.
• Knowledge of COSIF and CPC/IFRS where applicable.
• Ability to coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data quality checks and data validation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the regulatory accounting close and preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, DMPL) and Notes.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings and CADOC reports with audit trails and reconciliations to the GL.
• Manage the regulatory reporting calendar, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Design and maintain internal controls and data quality validations with KPIs and SLAs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors, handling PBC lists and Q&As.
• Collaborate with Data and Engineering to document business rules and automate reporting pipelines.
• Support Treasury, Risk, FP&A, Legal, and Compliance with regulatory data and financial analysis.
• Monitor changes from BCB/CMN and update processes and templates accordingly.

• Lead the regulatory accounting close process and the preparation of Balance Sheet, Income Statement (DRE), Cash Flow (DFC), Statement of Changes in Equity (DMPL) and Notes, under COSIF and CPC/IFRS (when applicable).
• Prepare, validate, and submit CADOC reports and other regulatory filings applicable to Payment Institutions (Segment S3), maintaining full audit trails and reconciliations with the general ledger.
• Manage and improve the regulatory reporting calendar, anticipating risks and developing action plans as needed.
• Design and maintain internal controls and automated data quality validations (completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness), supported by KPIs and SLAs.
• Act as the main point of contact for external auditors, handling PBC lists, Q&As, circularization processes, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to document business rules, enhance ETL/ELT pipelines, and automate checks and reporting packages.
• Support Treasury, Risk, FP&A, Legal, and Compliance teams with regulatory data and financial statement analysis.
• Monitor regulatory changes from BCB/CMN applicable to Segment S3 and lead updates to internal processes and templates.
