IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is seeking a senior operations leader to transform sampling across North America and Latin America. This hybrid role is preferably based in Taubaté, SP (hybrid). Regular travel to Taubaté is expected, with on-site presence at least once per week.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Life Sciences or related field.
• At least 6 years in operations transformation, process excellence, project management or automation.
• Experience managing end-to-end operational value streams from request to fulfillment.
• Experience implementing global processes and driving adoption at site or regional level.
• Exposure to digital solutions, automation tools, and system-driven workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions, sites and regions.
• Experience with SAP-enabled processes and data-driven operations.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, practical operational solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end sampling value stream across North America and Latin America, from request initiation to final fulfillment.
• Drive deployment of standardized global sampling processes to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and shorten cycle times.
• Partner with Commercial, Research, Creation & Design, and Operations teams to enable cross-functional execution.
• Support the adoption of automation across production, warehousing, and distribution activities related to sampling.
• Enable the implementation of SAP-enabled sampling processes and digital tools, including workflow and analytics systems.
• Establish regional performance visibility through KPIs, data insights, and governance routines.
• Strengthen the customer experience by improving speed, reliability, and right-first-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve sampling processes and translate business needs into scalable operational solutions.

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in operations transformation, process excellence, project management, or automation.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end operational value streams, ideally from request to fulfillment.
• Experience implementing global processes and driving adoption at site or regional level.
• Exposure to digital solutions, automation tools, and system-driven workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions, sites, and regions.
• Experience working with SAP-enabled processes and data-driven operations.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, practical, and sustainable operational solutions.
