IFF is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to transform business needs into advanced analytics solutions that optimize operations and drive measurable impact. The role is based in Castelo Branco, Brazil, a hybrid position within a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences.

You will develop models and dashboards, identify opportunities for productivity and efficiency, and collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to deliver tangible results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years in manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• At least 2 years in a Data Analytics/Operations Analytics role with measurable impact.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with large datasets.
• Experience with SQL and Snowflake; programming in Python.
• Experience developing dashboards in Tableau/Power BI.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall project management.

The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. • Transform business needs into advanced analytics solutions, models and dashboards that support process optimization and decision-making.


• Develop, implement and maintain analytical models that help identify opportunities for productivity improvement and operational efficiency.


• Turn prototypes and concepts into effective dashboards, reports and analytical tools for business users.


• Coordinate problem-solving sessions with subject matter experts and data scientists to identify, prioritize and improve analytics solutions.


• Generate and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track productivity, process performance and business impact.


• Build dashboards with intuitive and effective user interfaces using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.


• Develop business process maps to support diagnostics, process improvement and alignment across stakeholders.


• Promote a data-driven mindset within the organization by supporting teams in the use of analytics and insights.


• Perform advanced data analysis to support projects, diagnostics and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.


• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, procurement, supply chain or a related operations environment.


• At least 2 years of experience in a Data Analytics Engineer, Business Analytics or Operations Analytics role, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.


• Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.


• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.


• Experience working with database technologies, preferably SQL and Snowflake. Programming experience using Python.


• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.


• Experience managing or supporting projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
