Job Title: Reddit & Quora Community Marketer

Salary Range: up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Reddit & Community Marketing Specialist who thrives in the world of niche online communities like Reddit, Quora, and forums. This role focuses on crafting and executing engagement strategies that boost visibility, drive organic conversations, and support brand authority through thoughtful, culturally relevant interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and participate in relevant online communities on behalf of internal brands and clients.
• Create and adapt community-friendly content aligned with platform norms and voice.
• Develop engagement strategies to foster organic growth and support campaign objectives.
• Monitor sentiment, trends, and user feedback to guide future engagement and content planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, strategy, project/account managers).
• Track and report on engagement KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support content ideation using SEO tools, keyword analysis, and competitive research.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in online community engagement (Reddit, Quora, niche forums).
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to community tones and expectations.
• In-depth understanding of internet culture, digital trends, and user behavior.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and tools such as Moz, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Drive.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with marketing platforms like ActiveCampaign and HubSpot.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with funnel and landing page tools like ClickFunnels, Podia, or Unbounce.
• Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp.
• Curiosity for exploring new and emerging communities/platforms.
• Design awareness or an eye for clean, intuitive UX in digital spaces.
