About the Role
We are looking for a smart and hardworking Recruiting Sourcer / Recruiting Support Specialist with excellent written English skills to support our recruiting team. The primary responsibility of this role is to research and identify qualified candidates on LinkedIn and help generate more conversations for our recruiter by sending targeted outreach messages.
Responsibilities
-Conduct research on LinkedIn to identify candidates that meet predefined criteria
-Collect candidate contact information, such as emails and LinkedIn profiles
-Send outreach emails and LinkedIn invitations to prospective candidates
-Keep accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate pipelines
-Collaborate closely with the recruiter to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads
Requirements
-Excellent written English skills with strong grammar and clarity
-High attention to detail and ability to follow specific research criteria
-Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
-A LinkedIn profile (prior LinkedIn sourcing experience is a plus but not required)
-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn sourcing techniques
Nice to Have
-Previous experience in research, recruiting, sourcing, or administrative support
-Familiarity with LinkedIn search tools or CRM platforms
Position Type: Part-time (20 hours/week) to start, potential for full-time - USA Time ZoneCompensation range: $500
