Mundão Auto Center, located in Várzea Grande, Mato Grosso, Brazil, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for reception duties.

Position: Receptionist

Location: Mundão Auto Center – Várzea Grande/MT

Activities:

1. Provide customer service in person and over the phone.
2. Manage service appointment schedules.
3. Record payments and issue receipts/invoices.
4. Maintain organization of the reception area.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma completed.
2. Good communication skills and ability to engage with the public.
3. Organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in the automotive industry or car wash services.
2. Proactive attitude and effective communication.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00.

Compensation: Salary according to category standards plus on-site meal.
