Responsibilities include performing administrative routines within the group, reception of clients, telephone service, financial management control, file organization, information tracking, document review, etc.

Responsibilities and duties

• Attend to internal and external clients, identify visitors and their subjects, handle phone calls, clarify, guide, and forward for resolution.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized, requesting maintenance when necessary to support building preservation.
• Control document flow via mail or service providers for better process management.
• Screen and forward phone calls appropriately to ensure requester satisfaction.
• Assist other company departments with administrative and operational routines as needed to serve candidates, clients, and demands.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements and qualifications

• High school diploma completed.
• Proficiency in Office package.
• Desirable experience of 1 year or more in similar roles or related functions.
