Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced QA professionals to review business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks before external delivery. Fully remote, flexible, 5-20 hours weekly.

You will spot formula errors, broken links, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Google equivalents, ensuring accuracy and consistency for executive or client delivery.

ASAP start; compensation $70/hour.

Responsibilities

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced document, spreadsheet, and deck QA specialists who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for quality assurance specialists for business documents with 5+ years reviewing, proofing, and quality-checking business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks before executive or client delivery to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: board-ready slide deck formatting reviews, financial model and spreadsheet formula audits, executive memo proofing passes, brand and template compliance checklists, client-facing proposal document reviews, and cross-document consistency trackers.
