Job summary

Brazil Talent Hub is collaborating with a fast-growing U.S. tech company to build a Brazil-based high-performance engineering team focused on test automation across APIs, web frontends and React Native mobile apps.

You will own end-to-end automation, integrate with CI/CD, and leverage AI to write and analyze tests efficiently. You’ll contribute to shaping the testing stack, rollout Postman collections in CI, and potentially Testkube for Kubernetes-based test runs in the future.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in QA with a strong focus on test automation.
• Hands-on automation for API, web and mobile (mobile is a must).
• Experience testing React Native apps with WebdriverIO + Appium (or similar).
• Cross-layer integration tests (API → UI).
• Tests running in CI/CD, ideally GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with AI, or active study of it, applied to testing workflows.
• Advanced English, written and spoken: you’ll work daily with the US team.

Responsibilities

• Design, write and maintain automated tests for REST APIs, web apps and React Native mobile apps.
• Build integration/E2E tests that validate the API first, then confirm the result in web and mobile.
• Write web E2E tests with Playwright (TypeScript).
• Build Postman API collections and run them in CI.
• Integrate test suites into GitHub Actions, with clear reporting and quality gates.
• Use AI tools to generate test cases, refactor automation, triage flaky tests and analyze failures.
• Shape test strategy and coverage with developers, product and design, starting early at the acceptance criteria stage.

Job description

We are partnering with a fast-growing U.S. tech company that is transforming how students are safely transported to school. They build platforms that optimize routes, improve operational efficiency and ensure reliable access to education for thousands of families.

As part of their expansion, they are building a high-performance engineering team in Brazil, fully integrated with their global operations. You will work closely with international teams and have real ownership over test automation, release quality and the evolution of the testing platform, across APIs, web frontends and React Native mobile apps (iOS & Android).

You’ll build end-to-end automation that validates the full flow, from the API to the UI, plug it into CI/CD, and use AI every day to write, maintain and analyze tests faster. You’ll also help shape the stack, leading the rollout of Postman collections in CI and, down the road, Testkube for running tests inside Kubernetes.
