We are a consulting firm engaged with a global team of consultants to develop and maintain Salesforce applications for tax, finance and accounting operations. The QA/Functional Test Specialist Consultant will ensure the quality, reliability and usability of these enterprise platform solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Execute functional, regression and user acceptance testing for platform releases
• Test automated workflows, business processes and configurations
• Validate custom applications, UI components and enhancements
• Test reports, dashboards and analytics for accuracy and usability
• Validate system integrations, APIs and data flows across platforms
• Test data migrations, transformations and data quality controls
• Document defects clearly and track issues through resolution
• Support release readiness and provide quality sign‑off

What You’ll Deliver

• Thoroughly tested features and releases ready for production
• Validated workflows, integrations and analytics solutions
• Clear defect documentation with severity and reproduction steps
• Reliable regression test coverage
• Quality metrics and testing summaries for releases
• Confident UAT coordination with business stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience testing enterprise applications
• Strong experience with functional testing, regression testing and UAT
• Ability to execute test plans and create clear, repeatable test cases
• Experience testing platform workflows, automation and configurations
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools and QA best practices
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Additional (nice to have): testing analytics, reports and dashboards; API or integration testing experience; test automation tools such as Selenium or Provar; Agile/Scrum experience; exposure to AI-driven features or intelligent automation

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Platform Administrator Certification (e.g., Salesforce) – preferred
• QA or testing certifications are a plus but not required

Language

English – proficient speaking, writing, and reading
