Insight Global seeks Web QA Automation Analysts to join a Toronto-based agency’s international technology team. You will validate web and mobile features, ensure content accuracy, and support the QA and development groups to deliver high-quality digital campaigns and products across environments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of web testing experience, fluent English, hands-on defect tracking (Jira/Xray), and a solid understanding of QA methodologies.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of proven testing experience for web applications.
• Fluent in English (written/spoken)
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira/Xray).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, best practices, and the software development life cycle.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including writing detailed tickets and explaining QA findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Accessibility Testing.

Responsabilidades

• Website and Mobile Testing: Validate content accuracy, formatting, link functionality, image display/loading, and integration of third-party tools across environments.
• Manual Testing: Execute functional, integration, accessibility, and end-to-end tests to validate features and uncover defects.
• Defect Reporting: Document and report defects clearly using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Xray).
• Analyze Test Results: Identify patterns and trends to improve processes and prevent future defects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to understand functionality and identify testing areas.
• Stakeholder Communication: Report test progress, results, and risks to stakeholders and clients.
• Deadline Management: Meet tight project timelines without compromising quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Expand automated test coverage, optimize test performance, and stay updated on tools and best practices.
