Stefanini LATAM Digital Hub is seeking a Senior QA Analyst - Test Engineer to design, develop, and run automated tests across web apps, APIs, and backend services. You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure software quality throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong hands-on Java-based test automation, API testing, SQL validation, and CI/CD within an Agile environment, plus excellent communication in English with international teams.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional QA/Test Engineering/Test Automation experience.
• Strong hands-on Java-based test automation experience.
• Experience with Selenium, RestAssured, JUnit and/or Cucumber.
• Experience with API testing using Postman and Swagger.
• SQL for data validation and database integrity testing.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of BDD methodologies and Jira.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in testing processes and automation coverage.

Stefanini LATAM Digital Hub is looking for a Senior QA Analyst - Test Engineer to join an enterprise technology project.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests across web applications, APIs, and backend services. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and other technical teams to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

We are looking for someone with strong hands‑on experience in Java-based test automation, API testing, SQL validation, and CI/CD, with an Agile mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in English with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java
• Build and execute automated tests using Selenium, RestAssured, JUnit, and Cucumber
• Perform API testing using Postman and Swagger
• Execute SQL queries for data validation and database integrity testing
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing
• Support load and performance testing activities
• Apply BDD practices within automated testing frameworks
• Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects using Jira
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and cross‑functional teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Software QA, Test Engineering, or Test Automation
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java-based test automation
• Experience with Selenium
• Experience with RestAssured
• Experience with JUnit and/or Cucumber
• Strong experience with API testing
• Experience using Postman and/or Swagger
• Good knowledge of SQL for data validation
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of BDD methodologies
• Experience using Jira
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to Have

• Performance testing with JMeter or Gatling
• Docker
• TestRail or Zephyr
• ISTQB certification
• Experience with load and scalability testing
• Git and version control workflows
