Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Python & Django Senior Tech Lead to drive the architecture and delivery of high-performing applications. You will lead a team of developers, set technical direction, and ensure best practices to build scalable solutions that meet client expectations.

In this remote role, you’ll collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers across the globe, shaping features, performing code reviews, and guiding performance and security improvements. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Python and Django development.
• Experience in application architecture and data modeling.
• Strong team leadership and project planning skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) experience; integration with back-end systems.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Python & Django Senior Tech Lead to drive the architecture and delivery of high-performing applications. You will lead a team of talented developers, provide strategic direction, and ensure best practices are followed to build scalable solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
