Amazon Logistica do Brasil is seeking a PXT Site Lifecycle Partner to support launches, closures and retrofits of WWOPS sites, acting as a subject matter expert for field PXT. The role requires ownership, strong communication, attention to detail, and managing multiple critical requests with discretion.
You will collaborate with HR and operations leaders, drive improvements in employee engagement, and travel up to 50% as needed.

The mission of the Global PXT Site Lifecycle & Business Continuity team is to provide a consistent associate experience, by auditing and supporting business continuity practices at each stage of the site lifecycle, and providing a feedback loop to continuously improve and incorporate better practices.
