Project Manager to the COO

We are looking for someone to join our Operations team who understands how to help scale a business to 10x its current size and is interested in technology and AI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining project and stakeholder management, data analysis, and process structuring and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Report to the COO
• Structure and implement processes
• Implement systems and software
• Carry out market research and benchmarks
• Structure dashboards using multiple data sources and analyze data
• Perform simple queries
• Follow up with Heads of other areas
• Monitor KPIs of Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management
• Ability to analyze data and use it in decision making
• Practical experience using Metabase, Looker, Tableau or any other similar interface
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic and changing environments
• Strong passion for technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Mobility to travel one week per month
• Spanish speaking desirable
