Bluelight seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives for global clients. You will manage scope, budgets, and timelines, coordinating distributed teams while ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications include 5+ years in PM, Agile experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. Nearshore US-LATAM delivery and the ability to overlap US business hours are highly valued. This role offers remote work with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.

• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.

• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management, translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives

• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams
