Qualificações

• Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência em gerenciamento de projetos de outsourcing de software.
• Experiência anterior como engenheiro de software.
• Proficiência avançada em inglês.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver previsões de projetos.
• Gerenciar projetos utilizando metodologias ágeis.

About the Role:

We are looking for Senior Project Managers to join the management team and participate in various projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. We seek proactive, dynamic team players with excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks with attention to detail. What You’ll Do:

• Develop project forecasts.
• Manage projects using agile methodologies.
• Ensure application of HR policies in collaboration with HRBP.
• Verify viability and prepare budgets, equipment, and resources.
• Identify and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure team compliance with methodologies and processes.
• Implement necessary process changes.
• Monitor and control project progress.
• Ensure customer and team satisfaction throughout the project.

You Must Have:

• 4+ years of experience managing software outsourcing projects, including personnel, time and materials, and budgets.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Budget management skills.
• IT experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English proficiency.
