DoorDash is seeking a Sr. Manager of Technical Recruiting in São Paulo, responsible for developing recruitment strategies at scale. The ideal candidate will lead hiring across technical teams, focusing on diversity and leveraging data to improve recruiting practices. The Sr. Manager, Technical Recruiting - Brazil will be responsible for developing and driving our recruiting strategy at scale. You will lead the hiring strategy and execution across our technical hiring teams investing in Brazil, and report directly to the Sr. Director, Technical Recruiting in our People organization.
