Job Title: Project Manager – Oracle Forms

Experience: 5–8 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Technical Project Manager with 5 to 8 years of expertise in Oracle Forms and Reports to lead and deliver enterprise application projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams in complex and dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project management of Oracle Forms-based application development, enhancement, and migration initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource plans.
• Manage and coordinate onshore and offshore technical teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure deliverables align with business goals and compliance standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Oracle Forms best practices, performance optimization, and modernization efforts.
• Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
• Communicate regularly with executive leadership and stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and strategic opportunities.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum or Waterfall processes as appropriate to each project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of technical project management experience, with a focus on Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Forms development, maintenance, and migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project governance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or equivalents.
• Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
