What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping things moving smoothly for both our internal team and our clients. You’ll serve as the go-to person for updates, coordination, and communication. Your main focus? Making sure our clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of their sourcing journey.
Your day-to-day will include:
Keeping clients updated on project developments
Guiding them through each step of the process
Offering solutions and suggestions to improve outcomes
Monitoring project timelines and progress
Joining weekly team and client Zoom meetings
Managing communication and ensuring a top-notch client experience
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and great at juggling multiple moving pieces—while keeping a positive and professional attitude.
Must-Haves:
1–3 years of experience in project management, account management, or a similar role
Preferably with experience handling Supply chain related projects/Supplier sourcing projects
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Based in LATAM or able to work LATAM/CET hours
Comfortable using Slack and Google Workspace (ClickUp experience is a plus!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Available Monday–Friday and open to growing hours over time
Bonus Points For:
Spanish or French language skills
Experience working remotely with international teams
With experience in supply chain-related niche
