Job summary

PERSOL in Brazil is seeking a senior Electrical Engineer to lead planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects across various sectors. You will guide cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, budget, and safety requirements.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of building services, M&E, and project management. The position is full-time and on-site in the North region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of electrical projects within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients, and relevant authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee electrical engineering works, including installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Monitor project progress, risks, resources, costs, and contractual obligations, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes, quality standards, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.
• Prepare project reports, forecasts, and documentation for management and client review.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement in project delivery and operational excellence.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics and compliance, including anti-corruption, anti competition, conflict of interest, human rights, fair employment, and responsible business conduct.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in electrical engineering, M&E, construction, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, residential, healthcare, institutional, or other built environment projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building services, project execution, testing and commissioning.
• Good understanding of project management, contract administration, risk management, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) practices.
