Pump Dynamics is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Marine Works who is willing to relocate to Africa to lead consultancy and site supervision for port and marine infrastructure projects. You will oversee project execution from planning through construction supervision, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

This role requires strong technical expertise in port infrastructure, stakeholder coordination, contractor management, and on-site supervision

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in port, marine, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in consultancy and construction/site supervision roles.
• Strong knowledge of dredging, quay walls, terminals and marine works.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor construction progress, quality, HSE compliance, and contract performance.
• Review technical submissions, drawings, method statements, and project documentation.

• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments.
• Support procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration activities.
• Lead site meetings and resolve technical and operational issues.

The successful candidate will manage project execution from planning through construction supervision, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

This role requires strong technical expertise in port infrastructure, stakeholder coordination, contractor management, and on-site supervision experience.

Key Responsibilities

• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
