We are looking for a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in client relationship management, planning methodologies, and communication. This role will focus on driving an ongoing project with multiple fronts with the client and sharing team management responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Motivate and coordinate teams to foster a collaborative environment.
• Organize regular meetings and facilitate Scrum events.
• Guide teams in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create reports on risk status and corrective actions taken.
• Track progress against objectives and implement improvements.
• Create and maintain project roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
• Summarize progress, challenges, and achievements in concise reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain fluent oral and written communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in risk management, PDCA, and planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
