We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to lead the evolution of products within our Digital Communication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging business needs with the technical capabilities of the team, collaborating closely with Data Analysts and Data Engineers, while maintaining a strong focus on our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development and Strategy: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap strategy, aligning them with business objectives.
• Backlog Management: Lead the discovery and prioritization of the backlog, balancing business requirements with scalability and technical performance needs.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders and external partners, aligning on product value and roadmap definition, while clearly communicating project progress.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and feedback, always seeking to enhance product offerings and user experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in a technical or data context.
• Ability to perform simple data analyses and validations.
• Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take the initiative to drive projects forward.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience working with Jira for project management and backlog tracking.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of data architecture concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud tools (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and data services.
• Experience with Databricks.
