We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Developer to work on an international project with our automotive client!

Responsibilities:

Understand the client's business problems and pain points;
Write high-quality software code;
Help solve business problems;
Work with multidisciplinary teams following an agile delivery model;
Mentor and empower the team, coaching successors;
Deep communication in English, participate in meetings and review and write technical documents in English.

Requirements:

Advanced English communication
Proven experience of over +4 years in Java, Spring Boot, Snowflakes, REST API
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
Ability to work within a diverse set of client stakeholders.
Comfortability with owning team's production release management requirements.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Experience with project management tools and Agile data development practices.
