Project Manager Analyst – Finance Transformation

As a Project Manager Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Transformation team that has overall responsibility for defining and overseeing the LATAM Finance Transformation Roadmap.

The Finance Transformation team is a new addition to the Finance vertical, and it will be important for the successful candidate to help the Head of Finance Transformation continue to build the credibility and value proposition of a Transformation team.

A "can do" attitude and willingness to get hands dirty will be prerequisites for success in the role.

The role will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements within a project, ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with the organization's goals by collaborating with stakeholders to gather needs, translate them into functional specifications, and monitor project execution to guarantee successful delivery; essentially acting as a bridge between the business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Location & Requirements

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid role with some travel to key global offices)

  • Self‑Starter: organized, driven, ambitious, quick to make impact in an evolving business.
  • Sector Experience: gaming, digital, retail, or e‑commerce background beneficial.
  • Growth Experience: listed or high‑growth business experience is a benefit but not essential.
  • Support: provide support and training to colleagues at all levels when needed.
Travel & Work Arrangement

Primarily Brazil (São Paulo) based but hybrid. Some travel to key locations (e.g., Croatia, Gibraltar, Malta, Romania, Belgium, UK) may be required; anticipated 2–3 days per week on a fortnightly basis during early project stages.
