Lightera in Curitiba, Brazil, is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing PMO. The role drives high-priority corporate initiatives, including global CAPEX programs across manufacturing, fiber, and technology-enabled operations, with a hybrid work model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).
You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, risks, and governance, and deliver dashboards and reports for leadership reviews. A PMP or MBA is preferred, with Lean Six Sigma experience valued.

This role will manage complex cross-functional and cross-regional projects, including execution, reporting, risk tracking, stakeholder coordination, and implementation activities.
