Job summary

What You'll Do

• Execute delivery/O&M projects in accordance with international project contracts, ensuring projects meet contractual profit targets.


• Organize and coordinate cross-functional project teams across relevant internal business departments, effectively allocate resources, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, safety, and quality requirements.


• Analyze, collect, and identify all project requirements and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project execution plans and safeguard measures.


• Establish project risk management matrices, manage project risks, and mitigate execution risks.


• Support company and departmental management to ensure projects are executed rationally, effectively, and in full compliance.


• Maintain on-site owner relationships, understand customer needs, and drive customer satisfaction.


• Assist in managing construction contractors per project plans, and drive progress across various overseas projects.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering-related field. Civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related majors preferred.


• Good spoken English capable of handling daily work communication. Must be willing to be based overseas long-term, with the ability to adapt to different cultural and living environments.


• Strong project organization and management mindset, with excellent stress tolerance, leadership, and team-building skills; outstanding communication and coordination abilities.


• Proficient in office software; valid driver's license preferred.


• Additional language skills (minor languages or others) preferred, as they bring added value to the role.


• Resilient and adaptable — able to respond positively to changes in the external environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
