Qualificações

• B.Sc. in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
• Experience in project execution methodologies or similar.
• Strong knowledge of English (spoken and written).

Are you ready to take your planning and project management skills to the next level? We are seeking talented individuals to join our company, a leading organization in the industry.

As a Project and Resource Planner, you will play a key role in departmental processes, responsible for the following main activities:

1. Develop detailed schedules in Primavera P6 involving Engineering, Procurement, and Production/Mounting. Track and monitor critical paths in project meetings and others.
2. Provide inputs (detailed schedule and S-curves) for monthly progress reports for the client.
3. Support Resource Planning and prioritization of activities within Engineering departments across different projects. Schedule activities and track progress according to project needs and production, assembly, and delivery priorities.
4. Hold weekly meetings to monitor the project mounting components portfolio, involving various departments, to ensure engineering and supply deadlines are met, risks are anticipated, and corrective actions are proposed.
5. Support Sales, Engineering, and other departments by performing projections and simulations to establish resource forecasts and schedules.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
• Experience in project execution methodologies or similar.
• Strong knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Good understanding of Office Packages.
• Desirable: knowledge of programming languages.
• Desirable: knowledge in Logistics.
• Desirable: previous experience with related activities.
