A Vaganet está buscando um Program Manager sênior para apoiar operações em LATAM e EMEA, com foco em programas criadores, seleção de criadores e coordenação de revisão de conteúdo em língua local. O papel exige visão de mercado, organização de fluxos de trabalho e resolução de blockers para entregar de brief a handoff final.

O candidato ideal terá experiência prática em gestão de programas, coordenação com equipes globais e habilidades de comunicação eficazes em espanhol, inglês e português.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support operations across LATAM and EMEA on creator-led creative programs. This position will provide dedicated day-to-day ownership for creator-content operations covering partner programs, creator selection, and local-language content review coordination. The ideal candidate combines strong program management with creator and content judgment and regional market knowledge. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping workflows organized, coordinating partners and stakeholders, resolving blockers, and moving work efficiently from brief intake through review and final handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management & Workflow Operations
• Coordinate day-to-day creator-content workflows across LATAM and EMEA, managing timelines, approvals, handoffs, and open items.
• Maintain clear trackers and visibility into markets, creator batches, content volumes, deadlines, and key risks.

Creator Selection & Content Review

• Review creator lists, localized briefs, and creator content against established criteria, providing clear feedback and approval/rejection rationale.
• Assess local relevance, cultural fit, language nuance, and alignment with approved guidance.
• Coordinate local-language reviews with internal market experts or external partners when needed.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

• Act as an operational POC for agencies and external partners, coordinating delivery, turnaround expectations, language coverage, and routine issue resolution.
• Partner with global, regional, creator marketing, brand/CX, and local-market teams to keep priorities, approvals, and decisions aligned.
• Surface blockers or risks when escalation is needed.

Process Improvement

• Improve trackers, templates, and workflows to simplify recurring operations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve the efficiency, quality, and scalability of program operations, reporting, and execution.
• Capture learnings from recurring work and apply them to future processes.

Requisitos

• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, deadlines, review cycles, and stakeholder groups.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors, or external partners.
• Good judgment and attention to detail when reviewing creator profiles, social content, or localized marketing materials against defined criteria.
• Strong organization skills and experience maintaining trackers, project plans, or status reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to give clear and concise feedback.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal), with professional proficiency in Portuguese.
• Based in Brazil and able to collaborate across LATAM, EMEA, and US working hours when required.

Diferenciais

• 4-6 years of experience in program or project management, marketing operations, creator/influencer marketing, content operations, agency management, or related fields.
• Experience with creator selection, creator content review, localization review, or similar marketing operations.
• Familiarity with creator marketing, short-form social content, or digital advertising workflows.
• Experience with workflow tools, creator marketplaces, content-review systems, or similar operational platforms.
• Strong understanding of creator culture and social media trends across LATAM and EME A markets.
